About Accreditation

Each year international and regional accreditation bodies evaluate the quality of education provided at CCU and measure the prescribed standards and how are they delivering it. After evaluation, the collected data tells the progress of an institute and set the ranking among all other educational institutes. These accreditation bodies make sure the reliability of educational institutes and preview consistency in maintaining their reputation.

International accreditations

The United States Open and Distance Learning Consortium (USODLC) is an independent not-for-profit global accreditation agency responsible for regulating and assuring sustainable quality education in all academic institutions/universities worldwide. USODLC accreditation is recognized as the mark of educational excellence in the private and government sector.

USHED is an American accreditation verification body for degree-granting post-secondary programs in engineering, health sciences, business management, nursing, criminal justice, law and legal studies, fire sciences, applied arts, social services, performing arts, natural sciences and other disciplines.USHED accreditation provides assurance that a college or university program meets the quality standards established in the industry.

The United States Distance Learning Association was the first nonprofit distance learning association in the United States to support distance learning research, development and praxis across the complete arena of education, training and communications.

Regional accreditation

Gulf Council of Academic Evaluation an independent, membership-based, non-profit organization dedicated to enable all academic institutions in the Gulf countries. It aims to promote effective educational practices in schools, colleges and universities. GulfCAE is an international quality assurance organization, providing services to improve and maintain highest quality standards in all academic institutions established in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The Ministry of Higher Education Commission is an independent, statutory, and autonomous regulatory authority responsible for overseeing, accrediting, regulating, and funding higher education institutions in the Middle East. It is an official authority committed to bringing the highest level of excellence and brilliance to higher education by following the best systems and policies. It also offers extensive support, services, development opportunities, and assistance to students, faculty, and universities in the Middle East.
